This indicator informs us how much the horse has to improve, or has in hand, to be able to win this race.
The Win Form Required figure is compiled from the horse's last few runs. If the number is positive then this tells us that the horse has this number of pounds in hand in ability to win this race. If the number is negative then this is the amount of pounds which it needs to find in order to win this race.
