Cls Flat

One of the easiest of the flat portfolios possible.

The rules are as follows:

- GB only
- Flat non-Handicap races only
- Only consider horses with the Cls underscore
- Only consider horses within the top five of the ratings
- Only consider races run on Good or Good-Firm surfaces
- Ensure that the price obtained is at least the Value price of the horse

A simple system with a good strike rate and return.
