Ranked Raw-Adjusted to Place

This is a place backing system which looks at the All Weather and the Chase.

The rules are as follows:

- GB or IRE
- Chase or All Weather racing
- Handicap only
- Only consider horses whose RAdj figure is within the top three RAdj figures within the race, i.e. the Ranked Raw Adjusted
- Back to place and not to win
- Back those only if the price is 30% higher than the value price.

This may be first attempted at lowish stakes because even though the strike rate and ROI are good there are an awful lot of selections.
