Goodness knows where this name came from, but the person who discovered this nice system from the ratings named it so.

Quite simply this system is all of the Tom Jones-2 selections (from the members's area) and then these are for backing if the price available is at 10.0 (i.e. 9/1) or more.

The rules are quite simple and the results are very nice indeed.
