It is not a surprise to see that the LuvBet site has vanished off the internet. This would suggest that despite Mr O'Halloran's assurances two years ago those of us owed money are unlikely to be repaid.

On the UK newsgroup; uk.rec.horseracing a post read that there would be an announcement about LuvBet in the forthcoming period.
31st October 2002.
The following notice was placed on the LuvBet site recently:
Negotiations are continuing with a number of firms. A final date of Nov.15th has been set for the conclusion of negotiations, at which time either a deal has been concluded or the company placed in liquidation.
Any development of significance in the interim will be emailed to all clients.
