Markpor-2 Place Lay - A System

This simple system was developed by Markpor and using the Weak Favourites Unlikely Winners data.

This place laying system has a good strike rate and is fast becoming a strong favourite for the subscribers to the Weak Favourites service.

The system has the following rules:

  • Use the Unlikely Winners listing.
  • Choose horses whose forecast SPs are between 7/1 and 10/1 inclusive.
  • Lay any of these horses which are in races with 12 to 15 runners (handicaps) or 12+ runners (non-handicaps).
  • Lay to a maximum of 3.5 (5/2) on the exchanges. Make sure that you are laying that the horse will not place.

Please watch out for non-runners in case the number of runners in the race falls below the minimum of 12 runners.
