Spd Flat

One of the easiest of the flat handicap portfolios possible.

The rules are as follows:

- GB only
- Flat Handicap races only
- Only consider horses with the Spd underscore
- Only consider horses within the top five of the ratings
- Only consider races run on Good or Good-Soft surfaces

A simple system with a good strike rate and return.
